Team Property is a professional Multi Gaming team based in Sweden. Since the beginning of Team Property the ambition has been to work with the Swedish gaming talent around the country. Since the foundation 2010 Team Property has been represented at every major Swedish event as Dreamhack, Eizo Open, EsportSM and Birdie.

Team Property also hosted the first major swe.only tournament during the beta of Wings of Liberty presenting a prize pool worth 1750 SEK. After that PSL, Property Star League has been arranged several times around.

Today, Team Property is one of the best Swedish StarCraft II team well known by the community and Esport Media. As of late 2012 Team Property also added a Dota 2 lineup and have plans to add even more rosters in the future!

  • July 7 Team Property is formed and starts their recruitment. Players like Siege, Vandroy and Bobson, among many others, join and quickly become a part of Property. Team Property later announced July 24![1]
  • July 12 Property announces their first tournament named Property Single-elimination tournament to reach out to more promising Swedish players.[2]

  • April 21 Hannes “Vandroy” Karlbom places second at Birdie 21 after losing against Cytoplasm in the finals.[3]
  • July 25 SESF, Swedish Esport Association releases a power ranking of Swedish players. Vandroy ranked 13.[4]
  • July 26 Vandroy and Znow leaves Property to join Nordic Esports.
  • Mikael "Buffy" Nilsson wins NxGaming Lan in Piteå, Sweden. Vandroy finishing second.
  • August 7 Electric Gaming merges with Team Property. Acquires players like Finicky and Blixt.
  • August 30 Vandroy rejoins Team Property.
  • November 4 Vandroy places second in the official Swedish WCG qualifiers. Lost 2-1 against at that time InFRunA.[5]
  • Finicky reaches top 4 placement in Dreamhck BYOC tournament after losing to Millenium.Feast in the semifinals.[6]
  • December 17 David “Oink” Stålbom reaches 4th place at EsportSM qualifiers in Norrköping after losing to Fade.[7]

  • April 27 Znow leaves Team Property and join Team Infused.[8]
  • June 18 Miniraser reaches top 32 placement in Dreamhack main tournament after beating players like Fnatic.Tod and VPbenQ.Turuk.[9]
  • June 18 Gillon wins Fragbite Dreamhack Challenge and Oink places second[10]
  • June 19 Miniraser leaves Team Property to join Western Wolves StarCraft II division[11]
  • August 7 Jens “Snuffe” Holmberg wins Party for One hosted by Fragbite.[12]
  • September 27 Team Property announces SteelSeries as new Sponsor.[13]
  • October 18 RunA joins Team Property [14]
  • October 18 RunA and Jrayc qualifies for first offline event of EsportSM 2012/13 in Stockholm Inferno Online [15]
  • October 27 RunA placed top 4 in the first offline Qualifier for EsportSM [16]
  • November 14 RunA qualifies for the second offline event of EsportSM 2012/13. The event was hosted at DreamHack Winter 2013.[17]
  • November 22 RunA grabs 2nd place in the second offline qualifier for EsportSM 2012/13 at DreamHack Winter 2013.[18]

[edit] 2013

  • January 26 RunA once again places second at the third EsportSM qualifiers hosted in Umeå. Jrayc and Snuffe places 3/4 .[19]
  • March 16 SjoW joins Team Property [20]
  • April 24 Cytoplasm returns to StarCraft II and joins Team Property.[21]
  • April 26 Snuffe reaches top 32 at Dreamhack open Stockholm. One of few swedes to advance.[22]
