Biography[edit]

Wings Of Liberty[edit]

Code A[edit]

In 2011 Sniper managed to qualify for the GSL August Code A defeating inori 2-1 in the final of his group in the GSL August Preliminaries. In the GSL August Code A he defeated SaSe 2-0 in the Round of 32 and secured his Code A slot for the next season. Sniper did not manage to qualify for the Up&Down matches as he lost to Check 0-2 in the Round of 16.

In the GSL October Code A Sniper lost to Curious 2-0 in the Round of 32 and was eliminated from the tournament.

Sniper tried to qualify for the GSL November. He made it to the Round of 4 in the GSL November Preliminaries where he lost to YoDa.

World Cyber Games[edit]

In 2011 Sniper managed to qualify for the WCG Korea 2011 National Finals where he lost to TaeJa and NesTea and finished 4th in his group.

GSL in 2012[edit]

In the 2012 GSL Season 1 Preliminaries, Sniper defeated Sickness 2-0 in the Round of 4 and PuMa 2-0 in the final of his group and re-qualified for GSL Season 1 Code A where he defeated Clide 2-0 in the Round of 48 and Sen 2-0 in the Round of 32. Sniper's opponent in the Round of 24 was Mvp. He lost 1-2 and advanced to Group B of the Up and Down stage where he finished 3rd with a 2-2 score, failing to qualify for Code S.

In GSL Season 2 Code A, Sniper defeated Avenge 2-0, Curious 2-0 and Bomber 2-1, earning him a spot in GSL Season 3 Code S - Group E where he will face SuperNova in the first match.

After two consecutive Code S Round of 32 finishes Sniper rose to fame by winning 2012 Global StarCraft II League Season 5. He beat HyuN 4-3 in finals which were held in Las Vegas in conjunction with IGN ProLeague Season 5.

2012 OSL Non-KeSPA Preliminaries[edit]

On July 2nd, 2012, Sniper participated in the 2012 OSL Non-KeSPA Preliminaries. Sniper received a BYE in round one and then took down Punisher, Supreme, horror, and faced Curious in the finals. After taking down Curious by a score of 2:1, Sniper advanced in to the 2012 OSL Non-KeSPA Dual Tournament.

2012 WCS Korea Preliminaries[edit]

On July 22nd, 2012, Sniper participated in the 2012 South Korea WCS Preliminaries. He received a BYE in round one and then took down 김지성, Ares, Flash, and faced Puzzle in the finals. He was not able to advance any further as he lost to Puzzle by a score of 0:2 and took 2nd place.
