SK Telecom T1 is a Brood War professional team originally founded by BoxeR in October 2002 under the name Orion. Its name changed to 4 Union in December 2003, and finally to SK Telecom T1 in April 2004 upon sponsorship by SK Telecom. On May 2012, the team was introduced to StarCraft II through the hybrid 2011-2012 Proleague Season 2.

Timeline[edit]

  • January 14th, PartinG joins SK Telecom T1's roster.[3]
  • February 4th. SK Telecom T1 finally releases an official statement announcing the acquisition of Brown.[4]
  • April 4th, Brown, PartinG, Dark and Journey are listed for the 2012-2013 Proleague Round 4.[5]
  • July 26th, Team Captain BeSt leaves for Military Service.[6]
  • September 1st, Classic joins.[7]
  • September 9th, Bisu announces his retirement.[8]
  • September 16th, s2 announces his retirement.[9]
  • September 17th, Former BW legend, iloveoov joins the team as a coach.
  • September 26th, iloveoov takes over for BoxeR as the new head coach due to health difficulties.[10]
  • October 15th, BrAvO joins.[11]
  • November 6th, SK Telecom T1 holds a farewell party for over ten departed members, including BoxeR, Bisu, s2, BeSt and Brown.[12]
  • December 13th, Soulkey joins.[13]
