SCV Rush is a social community site which:
- organizes tournaments and showmatches,
- has custom user profiles,
- contributes with analytical and news content,
- offers a way to find practice partners
- lists coaches.
Weekly tournaments for various skill levels are hosted on EU and NA servers with smaller prize pools. More notable "Masters Brawls" took place between April 3rd and May 1st 2012 with $15 for 1st and $5 for 2nd place. From May 15th 2012 on the Prize pool had been increased to $100 and the tournament took off every two weeks.[1]. The last Master Brawl occurred on June 26th, 2012.
On April 25, 2012 a $500 showmatch between
Ret and
White-Ra was ran.[2][3] More high stake showmatches were launched and called The Friday Faceoff.

Currently the following tournaments are hosted regularly:
- Master Brawls are currently not scheduled.
- An overview of tournaments for the upcoming week is updated each Friday on the SCV Rush Upcoming Events page.

- Single elimination.
- Quarter Finals onward BO3, all previous rounds BO1
- 128 Players max for all Tournaments.
- Signing up is free but limited by leagues for particular tournaments.

- SCVRush's first streamed tournament was an NA BSG on 2011/8/24 with 13 participants.[5]
- The project originally launched in late February 2011 as a simple blog with just two people. Current staff is around 40 with spots still open and people from Czech Republic, Slovakia, Denmark, Sweden, Serbia, United States, Canada, England and more.
- Other features than tournaments are the custom chat page, content section, practice buddy search engine [6]or custom user profiles.
- The largest event was the White-Ra vs Ret showmatch on April 25th 2012 - 120,000 views total, 6,600 concurrent viewers at most.
