Team NewRoSoft (NrS) is a Romanian team based in Bucharest. It is almost entirely sponsored by the software design company of the same name. They possess a team house near the building of the company.

- January 8th, Zerg players Seala and AlaStOr join the team.[6]
- January 31st, Ukranian Zerg player Stepan "White" Yerichuk joins the team.[7]
- February 3rd, Ukrainian Zerg Igor "UkraineStar" Kobylyansky joins the team after the disbanding of Mistral eSport.[8]
- April 14th, AlaStOr leaves to join x6tence.[9]
- May 2nd, Alexander "kauP" Hahn is signed by the team.[10]
- June 19th, Alexandr "Underdark" Golik signed with Team NewRoSoft after leaving from mTw.[11]
- June 27th, Wen "Sonic" Jin American Terran is picked up from Team ALT.[12]
- August 30th, Marvin "roof" Gebhart Left from BLAST and joined NewRoSoft.[13]
- November 20th, Austin "RaNgeD" King retires from professional gaming. Clavie goes inactive. Andreas "KrasS" Ullrich and Remigiusz "Romson" Liana are presented by Team NewRoSoft.[14]
- December 12th, KrasS is loaned to Karont3 only to take part in 2013 IPTL Season 1 Premier Division.
- January 5th, Vesa "Welmu" Hovinen signed with Team NewRoSoft.[15]
- March 12th, after LighT eSports's disbandment, RaNgeD rejoins the team.[16]
- April 26th, Team NewRoSoft and Remigiusz "Romson" Liana parts ways.[17]
