New England Starcraft II League Season 3 first Qualifying Tournament will be held on the North American server for all residents of New England, United States. Top 2 players qualify for the NESC2 Season 3 Grand Finals.

Format

• 32 Player Double Elimination.
• Best of 3 until Grand Finals.
• Loser's Bracket Finals and Grand Finals : Best of 5.
• Maps will be chosen by 3 vetoes per player. Higher seed vetoes 3 maps. Lower seed vetoes 3 maps. Final 3 maps will be Bo3. Lower seed chooses first map.
