The Honor Cup is a weekly online tournament held on the Taiwan/Korean server. It is open to anyone and begins every Friday at noon. Registration is free. The prize pool is $125 and consists of $100 for first place and $25 for the runner-up. This tournament is currently sponsored by creamyturtle, a die hard StarCraft 2 fan.

The 10th TW Honor Cup will be on 6-23-2012 @ 12:00 KST / 11:00pm EST 6-22-2012


Honor Cup #10 will be a special 10th anniversary addition, with a DOUBLED prize pool !! $250 with 200 going to first place and 50 going to second.

We will also be giving away the following prizes to our Taiwan based fans:

1* StarCraft II Noob mini w/ SEN signature
1* StarCraft II Noob mini w/ White-RA signature
1* Starcraft II Legalize Stim Packs T-shirt, XL
1* Starcraft II Legalize StarCraft II T-shirt, XL

Games will be cast by creamyturtle on the English stream, and eScAlpha + MaDMooncake on the Taiwan stream.

Check-in begins an hour beforehand. Please join BattleNet channel #TWHonorCup during the tournament.

  • The first 4 to 6 rounds will be Best of 1 and players will randomly be pitted against one another.
  • After these rounds are complete, a bracket will be created and the games will continue as Best of 3.
  • The finals will be Best of 5.
