Qualifiers
  • Each of the four events Stockholm, Summer, Valencia and Bucharest will feature a group stage followed by a single-elimination bracket.
    The two top players will qualify directly to the Grand Finals at the Winter tournament.
    The rest of the top 16 will receive points for their placing. The twelve highest ranked from the stops will be qualified for the Grand Finals.
  • A BYOC-tournament will be held at DreamHack Winter 2012 where four additional players will qualify for the Grand Finals.

Player rankings[edit]

Qualification is determined in order: Direct seed, Points, Matchscore, Mapscore. Walk overs count for the player in the match and map scores, never against. First group stage in Stockholm counted four player groups so one to two walk overs for the players there.
