Shine was a Korean Starcraft progamer. He played as Terran and was a member of team KT Rolster. For the equally named Zerg player see

Shine became a progamer in the 2005 draft, where he got drafted onto Hite (Then OGN) SPARKYZ. After lackluster performance, he was traded off to KT Rolster, then known as KTF MagicNs. There, he showed improved performance, which he attributed to Flash's mentorship. During the 2009 Free Agency, Shine applied to become a Free Agent to get an evaluation of his worth. After failing to get offers from any team, Shine decided to retire.
