Golden Mouse

The Golden Mouse is a very prestigious award given to a player following their third OSL championship, as a symbol of greatness. There are currently four recipients, NaDa (in 2006, with wins at Panasonic 02-03, IOPS 04-05 and Shinhan 2 06), July (in 2008, with wins at Gillette 04, Ever 05 and Ever 08), Jaedong (in 2009, with wins at Ever 07, Batoo 08-09 and Bacchus 09) and Flash (in 2010, with wins at Bacchus 08, Ever 09 and Korean Air 2 10).

Currently, the only players with two OSL championships are iloveoov, BoxeR and JangBi. However, iloveoov is retired and BoxeR and Jangbi transferred to StarCraft 2.
[edit] Beyond the Golden Mouse
After NaDa became the first player to win the Golden Mouse, and made it to the finals of the subsequent Shinhan 3 OSL, OGN announced its intention to continue the reward system beyond the Golden Mouse. Suggested at the time was a Platinum Mouse for 5 OSL medals, and a Diamond Mouse for 7 OSL medals. However, after NaDa's loss to sAviOr in Shinhan 3 no other progamer at the time managed to come close to 4 OSL titles, and the plans for more Mouse trophies have not been developed further.
