The Seoul Dynasty is the team representing Seoul, South Korea, in the Overwatch League. The team is owned by Kevin Chou, Chairman and CEO of KSV eSports.

Timeline[edit]

  • July 12th - Franchise is officially announced, as part of the first seven franchises of the Overwatch League.[1]
  • August 22nd - Team Seoul announces its first 6 players. EscA, Gido, zunba, Miro, ryujehong and tobi join from Lunatic-Hai. They will complete APEX Season 4 with Lunatic-Hai. It was also announced that alwaysoov and Baek Kwang-Jin from Lunatic-Hai would join as Coaching staff.[2]
  • September 13th - nuGget joins as coach. [3]
  • October 15th - XepheR, Munchkin and Fleta join. [4]
  • October 26th - The Seoul Dynasty is announced as the name for the Seoul franchise.[5][6]
  • October 27th - Wekeed is revealed to have joined the team in the preview video for the full roster reveal.[7]
  • November 4th - Bunny and KuKi are revealed to be on the Seoul Dynasty roster.[8]
  • November 13th - EscA leaves Seoul Dynasty. [9]
  • November 18th - The team announces that they have signed Hocury as coach.[10] ryujehong is announced as Seoul Dynasty's captain.[11]
