SEA Majors 2017 - Thailand is a three-day tournament (two-day stream) where $5,000 and Hearthstone Championship Tour Points are at stake.

Overview[edit]

SEA Majors - Thailand is the fourth event of the the SEA Majors. The SEA Majors is geared towards giving Asia-Pacific players a local, offline competitive experience while giving them a chance earn HCT points towards the season that the major falls on. Various side activities will be available at the venue for those who wish to simply be a part of the community.[1]

Information[edit]

The Thailand Major will be held over three days at Pataya Beach, open to up to 256 participants across the world. A limited number of accommodations will be provided for competitors who are not from the host country.

The Hearthstone Thailand Major will award points towards the Summer season of the 2017 Hearthstone Championship Tour. Attendance at this event will award the Power Core card back.

Venue[edit]

The Hearthstone Thailand Major will be held in the A-One The Royal Cruise Hotel Pattaya. The Ro256 bracket will be played in the nearby G-L-P internet café, with the Ro32 onwards being played in the hotel, right next to beautiful Pattaya Beach.


Accomodations[edit]

  • Accommodation will be free for a limited number of competitors who fly in for the tournament.
  • A US$30 deposit is needed to reserve a room, but it will be refunded in Thai Baht at the end of tournament day 1.
  • To receive free accommodation, you must be competing in the tournament.

  • All matches are Bo5
  • Conquest 2.0 (4 classes and 1 ban)
  • Only four decks will be allowed in your collection during the tournament. Everything else must be deleted.
