PyrionFlax, otherwise stylized as Pyrion Flax and otherwise known as Pyrion Flax, or PFlax, real name "Ted Forsyth" is a content creator, streamer and member of Vape Nation. He is widely known in the Dota 2 community as the man with the iron stare and uses this mental fortitude and resilience in his popular Dota 2 stream, in which he and other players from the community play Dota 2. Forsyth is also a member of the YouTube network The Yogscast where he regularly contributes to content on his own and other channels.


Pyrion is one of the most popular English streamers of Dota 2,[citation needed] offering a storyline and often comedic approach to the game. As well as his Twitch stream, he has been a member of the YouTube network The Yogscast since 2014, although he had a popular YouTube channel beforehand, where he posted his extremely popular "Pyrion Flax's Guide to..." series.

Forsyth has appeared at numerous Valve sponsored and third party tournaments, featuring as an analyst and interviewer or to provide comedy relief. He has appeared at events including but not limited to:

Before his involvement in the YouTube and Dota 2 community, Forsyth worked various producer jobs for the British broadcasting company, Sky. He also has experience as a Programmer.
