Trivia[edit]

  • The Kiev Major is the first Valve-sponsored event held in a CIS country.
  • With DDC failing to qualify, MiSeRy becomes the only player to attend every single Valve event as an active player. UNiVeRsE has also attended every Valve event, but was only a substitute at The International 2011.
  • This is the first time ever in a Valve-sponsored event that a Brazilian organization or player(s) are attending.
